Hey guys!

   My name is Melody (not putting my last name for safety purposes) and that picture of me was on my 13th birthday at Disneyland!!!! :) .........I still had my braces there......

   Well let's see...... ok well I'm a thirteen year old girl. My best friend since kindergarden lives in Idaho. I was born in the United States but I am also part Mexican and Costa Rican. And........... somewhere down the line I think I have some Puerto Rican in me.........

    My favorite food is chicken strips. Once I ate them for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. :P I hate cheeseburgers, hamburgers, whipped cream, relish, ketchup, mayonnaise, aaaaannnnnnnnndddd Oh yeah! hotdogs. I'm pretty sure there's more but those are some that come to mind right now. I'm always getting called a freak because I don't like that stuff, also I don't like ANYTHING on pizza. I just eat the sauce and the crust. I also don't like brown soda.

     My favorite book is The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. Not the trilogy just the first book itself. I don't think any book will ever have the impact that that first book had on me. My favorite series on the other hand is The Mediator series by Meg Cabot. Each individual book in The Hunger Games Trilogy was good but I only thought the first was amazing.  Combined it just seemed like series was good but not great. The Mediator is my favorite because while I think the last one was the best of all of them each book was good. And I think the series was fantastic!!!!!!! Maybe it's just because Twilight (last book in the series. Published BEFORE or in the SAME YEAR as Stephanie Meyer's Twilight) had a bigger impact on me the Mockingjay did. But I think Mockingjay was still really good. Now speaking of Stephanie Meyer's Twilight. I have read the whole Twilight Saga–multiple times–and I'm not gonna be one of those people that you've heard over and over that they either love the Twilight Saga or hate it. I think I might be the first one (but probably not cause everything has been done and said before) to say that I was in love with the Twilight Saga and then I opened my eyes, realized how stupid it was (no offense to anyone who likes Twilight) , and begun to hate it. If I'm not the first one to have that happen to them, then I might be the first to admit it........ but once again probably not.

     My favorite thing to do is obviously read. I really like shopping though. Going to the mall and just shopping for clothes and jewelry (not shoes cause the only shoes I buy are Converse). I don't like sillybands and I think I'm of the very few maybe 10% of my school who doesn't wear them. I really don't  see the point in them. =P

     I have a brother who is six and loves video games (mainly Sly Cooper and Mortal Combat [we turned off the blood] but I must say, Sly Cooper is pretty entertaining =D). I have a little sister who is four and is everything a stereotypical four year old girl is. She loves princesses, pink, hearts, rainbows, and she's just girly lol :)

     So recently I picked up some glasses, not for full time use but whenever I want to see something far away (ok so the real reason I got them was because the optometrist said that with my vision currently without the glasses they wouldn't give me a driver's license!!!!! :O so I know that test is like four years away right now but...... I'm planning ahead). I think I look around the same in them though..... I don't know what do you guys think? I think I look about the same I just have glass in front of my eyes.... oh well it is just so I can pass the drivers test.

    Anyway, that's basically it. If there's anything else you'd like to know about me just ask :).
